8. Evaluation of what you have found out from your research and how it will influence how you develop your own idea for the project
9. Test shoot photographs (with review of the outcomes)
10. Screen shots of the process of using Lightroom to edit test photos
11. Pitch slides + script (if necessary)
12. Review and feedback of pitch process
13. Research of how messages and meaning can be communicated in short films
14. Video test shoot - edit & review of edited video & process
15. Relevant pre-production documents (see Sophie’s slides ‘Planning a shoot’ on the Creative Project Weebly page)
16. Upload raw images/video clips to your portfolio with a review of how the filming/shooting process went
17. Upload screenshots of the post-production process with annotations explaining why you are using the editing techniques & effects that you are (this would be screenshots from Lightroom/Photoshop/Premiere Pro, etc.)
18. Upload final product:
18a Photography option should be 6 photographic images with supporting Instagram captions and relevant #tags

19. Seek feedback for final product from tutors and peers - upload this to your portfolio with a little reflection of their comments and make any necessary amendments. Test & review again (if necessary).

Final evaluation - make sure you have prepared this in a logical order covering all aspects of the process:
Final evaluation - make sure you have prepared this in a logical order covering all aspects of the process:
- Introduction - make sure you reference the requirements of the brief
- Research - methods used and effectiveness of results - how did you use it to help develop your ideas to meet the brief
- Pre-production - what was required? what challenges did you face and how did you overcome them? Did you stick to the plans you created? if not why?
- Production - evaluate your performance in the roles you took, identify how you could have improved the activities and results
- Post Production - how effective was your editing? how could you have improved it?
- Summary - overall successes/failures - what you have learned during this project - explain how you did or did not meet the expectations of the brief
